Open Desert Music and Photographic Arts Showcase
will take place 8 p.m. Saturday, May 7, 2016 at Palm Springs Art Museum’s prestigious Annenberg Theater. This one-night only Art Sales event will feature an eclectic array of some of the desert’s brightest musical talent: Drum Hall, Tribesmen, Caxton, and Mike Pygmie Ensemble. Featured along with each band will be a photography exhibition that showcases imagery aligned to the theme “Open Desert.” Images selected within this unique exhibition will be screened as a large-scale slideshow projection, creating a synergy of sight & sound while each band takes the stage.
